Below is an overview of data protection settings supported by the Worklytics platform that are available for configuration via the Worklytics web app. Where this documentation conflicts with setting explanations provided in the Worklytics web application, the in-app documentation should be considered authoritative.
Audit logs are available for one-time export via the Data Protection settings page.

To aid GDPR compliance, you may update your organization's Legal Name, Data Protection Officer, GDPR representative, and legal contact information for your organization.
NOTE: Worklytics offers a Pseudnomymization Proxy as a means to avoid transferring personnaly identifiable information (PII) to Worklytics. This is a separate service that can replace identifiers in your data that may constitute PII with tokens that cannot be reversed. Data that does not relate to an identifiable human data subject is not considered Person Data as defined in GDPR Art. 4 (1):
‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
NOTE: individuals may be opted out of data transfer (where possible) and processing by omitting them from the HRIS data file OR by setting WORKLYTICS_SAMPLE
to false
in that file. References to an excluded user may still be present in collaboration data of other users, but will not be processed from the perspective of the user who is excluded.
Organizations may configure a custom acknowledge notice to be shown to users on their first access to the Worklytics platform; this can provide the opportunity to remind users about your organization's policies regarding the use of the analytics provided by the platform.
